Dewhurst supply a wide range of dot matrix displays that can be supplied as loose or built into fixtures. We have extensive resources to provide customised programming of your displays and service support for peace of mind.
The majority of applications now call for serial communication from an encoder down to the display but simple displays can also operate through discrete wiring. Our encoder can also drive a plug on speech unit to provide audible indication of the lift position and direction.

ULS32H/V
The indicator units come in a choice of three colours – red, amber and green.
The ULS32’s can display up to 2 characters or one character with a directional arrow. Two character with override arrow is also available.

UT Long-Form Dot Matrix
Long-form Position & Message Indicators. Dewhurst long-form dot matrix displays are highly-visible, quality lift position indicators. The super-bright LEDs are highly visible and are used in a wide variety of outdoor applications, from metro and rail stations to sports stadiums. The units can accommodate scrolling and non- scrolling information to visibly convey information to lift passengers.

Customisable and flexible The indicators can be custom programmed to customers' requirements to accommodate arrows, floor position and programmed messages. On the landings they interface directly to Dewhurst audible gongs and Hall lanterns for code compliance.

ULS43H
The ULS43’s can display up to three (39mm) characters or 3 + directional arrows, 2 rows of 8 (17mm) characters and a directional arrow, 2 rows of 8 (17mm) characters including directional arrows. UL43 can also be programmed for vertical mounting with the arrow above or below the single digit legend. Having a flashing and/or scrolling facility for the arrows. If required, messages can also be programmed which will scroll in the same orientation as the PCB.

VRS53H
The VRS53H is a highly vandal resistant display unit, providing clear character illumination and identification for all lift applications.
The digital display together with its encoders are designed to be compatible with all makes of lift equipment and meets M2/S2 Building Regulations, EN81-70 and EN81-71 Cat 2.
Each unit is programmed to meet your specific requirement, just advise us of the legends you wish to be displayed.
