Assistant Management Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly Management Accounts with emphasis on the manufacturing process, which includes inventory and costing analysis
  • Performing analytical reviews of nominal ledger accounts for assigned companies, on a monthly, half yearly and full yearly basis
  • Performing month end closedown procedures for assigned companies
  • Preparation of annual budget for assigned companies
  • Preparation of audit files including liasing with external auditors
  • Review product profitability highlighting internal control weaknesses
  • Fixed Asset Depreciation posting for UK companies
  • Cashbook reconciliation for assigned companies
  • Cover Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions when required (holiday cover/ hours not covered by part time staff)
