The Shard - London

The Shard
The Shard is currently the most prestigous development in the City of London. Working with KONE High Rise Centre in Finland, Dewhurst supplied US91 pushbuttons with white dual illumination for the lifts at The Shard. The COP's all had special cladding and so KONE selected Dewhurst buttons as we were able to provide the US91 with special 14mm 'long necks' to allow the button to operate through the cladding. The US91's meet EN81-70.

We supplied all the COP's, LIP's and LOP's fullyfully pre wired and all Schindler needed to do on site was plug them in. Schindler selected US91EN pushbuttons for this job with ULS43 displays in amber for0;for the floor indication.

London Underground

London Underground Display
Dewhurst worked with E-Motive Display to develop an extra long display specifically for London Underground. This display provides customers with additional information on the lift service as well as linking with the Speech Synthesiser to provide audible feedback. In addition to these special UT displays, London Underground lifts use our Jumbo range of pushbuttons in the lift cars and on the landings.

ICC Hong Kong
The ICC Building in Hong Kong is the tallest building in Hong Kong standing at 484m and having 118 floors. Dewhurst were very honoured to work with Schindler Lifts Hong Kong on this prestigous project. We supplied standard and mirror finish M-20 buttons for this job with the legend permanently illuminated in white and the halo illuminating again in white for call acceptance. Legend 118 is the highest number Dewhurst have ever put on a pushbutton!
